Dr Tonja Blom 

Co-founder of Code-X Innovation Partners

I work at the intersection of leadership, organisational behaviour, and system-level transformation, helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, align decision-making, and unlock performance under pressure.

 

With over 25 years of experience across sectors including manufacturing, finance, agriculture, and education and in senior roles spanning IT, HR, projects, production, and development.  I bring a deeply practical understanding of how organisations function and where they break down.

 

My work is grounded in a Doctorate in Business Leadership, focused on organisational behaviour, change, and leadership in an African context, and further shaped by international experience in the Slovak Republic during a period of significant national and organisational transition. Integrating coaching, systems thinking, and African contextual intelligence, I bring a rare combination of insight and execution, translating complexity into clarity and enabling sustainable performance at individual, team, and organisational level. Code-X™ embodies my speciality in leadership development, organisational change, and human behaviour under pressure, with a particular focus on how leaders stabilise themselves and others to resolve friction in complex systems.
